Installing BHPH modules

Do not remove or rename the newandusedcars and detail pages when installing a BHPH module (newandusedcars gets indexed too hard by Google, especially if a dealer is running a Google Ads campaign).

Create new buyherepayhere and buyherepayheredetail pages under Required Pages and switch to a BHPH module on the newandusedcars page.
